And after all this time, I\u2019m still just as curious, passionate, and hungry to discover something new.<\/p><p>These days, I\u2019m the Creative Account &amp; Project Director at Tracks &amp; Fields Warsaw, where I get to do what I love most: turn creative ideas into something people can actually feel. I work alongside an incredible network of composers, producers, musicians, and artists, bringing different perspectives and talents together to make something special.<\/p><p>For the past 12 years, my world has revolved around music supervision, sync, and creative music production. And somewhere along the way, I\u2019ve learned that there\u2019s rarely just one way to approach music. Whether it\u2019s discovering that one perfect track, navigating music licensing, developing an original composition, bringing artists and brands together through partnerships, or building a brand\u2019s sonic identity from the ground up, I love being part of the entire creative process. Music research, original productions, artist collaborations, sonic branding &#8211; none of it feels unfamiliar to me, and there\u2019s always something new to explore.<\/p><p>From advertising campaigns and game trailers to documentaries and feature films, I\u2019ve had the opportunity to work on projects for brands including IKEA, McDonald\u2019s, Nike, Adidas, \u0160koda, Volkswagen, Porsche, Toyota, Netflix, and Amazon Prime, as well as independent and local brands like F\u2019ALKO and HAFT\u00c9.<\/p><p>Along the way, some of that work has been recognized with awards, including MASA, Clio Music, Shots, and other international and Polish industry honors. And while I\u2019m genuinely grateful for every one of them, I don\u2019t think awards are what define great creative work.<\/p><p>For me, the most important thing is to stay hungry.<\/p><p>Hungry to discover something new. To challenge what I already know. To work with people who see things differently. To take creative risks, make mistakes, learn from them, and keep moving forward.<\/p><p>Before joining Tracks &amp; Fields, I spent six years as a Senior Music Creative at MassiveMusic, working across music supervision, licensing, original productions, and artist collaborations.<\/p><p>But my relationship with music started long before advertising entered the picture.<\/p><p>Earlier in my career, I ran an independent record label, working with artists and producers on hip-hop releases involving names like Oddisee and Smif-N-Wessun, as well as projects connected to BBE Records. That experience taught me something I still carry into every project: music is about people, relationships, trust, and the ideas we build together.<\/p><p>And that\u2019s probably what I love most about what I do.<\/p><p>That moment when you hear something completely unexpected. When an artist introduces you to a sound you didn\u2019t know existed. Or when a single piece of music transforms an ordinary scene into something unforgettable.<\/p><p>I believe the right music can change the way we see a story, remember a moment, or connect with an emotion. Sometimes, it makes all the difference.<\/p><p>I also believe creativity is something you never really finish learning.
